Refund and Return Policy
No Requested Refunds
Due to the comic market's constant fluctuation in value we are unable to give requested refunds. Please read the item description very carefully as the date the comic will be in store is also noted. These are primarily preorders placed with distributors in advance.
At Crash's Comics, we do however understand that certain situations may arise beyond our control, such as a product being removed from distribution or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will ensure that you receive a refund for your purchase. In the situation of a damaged upon arrival once the return has been made a refund will be issued. Return shipping is handled by the purchaser. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding during these unforeseen circumstances.
